BDD Anonymous, is a 12-Step oriented support group for those suffering from body image problems. BDD (an imagined ugliness disorder) affects over 2% of our population, with symptoms including an exaggerated and negative preoccupation with one's physical appearance often causing major depression, severe anxiety, extreme low self esteem, social phobias, etc.

Our group is sensitive and empathetic, providing an atmosphere of understanding and compassion, where we discuss the solutions and life skills gained thru the application of the highly effective 12-Steps to overcome this often disabling condition!
